***(Damages)***

If there are any visible damages to the crate upon arrival, please refuse delivery and contact us ASAP at 509furniture.llc@gmail.com. Take pictures if possible.

If there are concealed damages to the product DO NOT install or use damaged items without first contacting us to file a shipping claim.

There is a 12hr window to process a shipping claim from the day the product was delivered. Any damages reported after the 12hr. window will not be eligible for a claim or return. The shipping company will assume the damages were done after the product was delivered. For the claims process to take place the product must be send back in its original packaging.
